Deuteronomy 32:4, 15,
18
He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God
of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art
covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of
salvation.
Of the Rock that begat thee thou art unmindful, and hast forgotten God that formed thee.
Deuteronomy 32:30, 31
How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight,
except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up? For their rock is not as
our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.
Psalm 28:1
Unto thee will I cry, O Lord my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou
be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.
Isaiah 44:8
Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and
have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no
God; I know not any.
